NEW CHAPTER ROLE: RESA Spokesperson - Home Staging News ...

The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) is a member governed trade association for Home Stagers. RESA was formed in order to support all professional Real Estate Stagers or Home Stagers in North America.

Last Energized Seller became the official consumer website of the Real Estate Staging Association. Energized Seller is where agents and home sellers can get consumer based information articles on home selling and home staging. This partnership brings even more legitimacy to the staging and real estate industry by giving industry professionals a way to communicate with home sellers while promoting themselves as experts at the same time.

The leadership at RESA and Energized seller has now teamed up again to make the RESA and Energized Seller partnership even stronger by creating a new RESA chapter role called ?RESA Spokesperson.

Duties Include: Promoting Local Chapter Events + News on Chapter Website and Social Media, Generate One Consumer Article a month to be used on the Energized Seller site.

Note: Articles may use other chapter member?s article (with their permission) as a ?feature story?. Note: Spokesperson may ?showcase? portions of other member?s articles with their permission in order to create a new article. EX: Article may be created on paint choices for kitchens using excepts as examples from other articles created by chapter members on paint color choices on kitchens. All photos and experts are used with permission and credit.

EnergizedSeller.com consumer article is used to educate the consumer on the benefits of home staging and hiring a professional to stage when selling.

Article topics may include:

• Selling tips
• Selling advice including condition of property, design and
• Stats and Market Research
• Success stories highlighting the importance of staging and the value of staging
• Paint color choices
• Trends
• Curb appeal
• Etc.

Article topics may NOT include:

• Personal promotion
• Local chapter events or News (Please highlight on chapter, national websites and social outlets)
• Negative press about any agent, stagers, homeowners, etc.
