Today?s soccer officiating highlight comes from England?s League Two, where Bradford City and Crawley Town got into a rather heated brawl following Crawley?s 2-1 victory. Five players were sent off ? equaling the English record ? but it was the manner in which they were ejected that is of note here. Refs actually barged into the locker rooms following the match to red-card the offending players.
This may have been the first time in soccer history that a player was shown the red card while naked. Now that will mess with your self esteem.
