It has a huge program, covering everything from accordion to violin and ages six months to 99 years. Tales ?N Tunes is a unique program that combines music with story telling for the very young. It is a wonderful way to introduce your toddler to the world of music at a young age. Founded by Tonya Lemmons, it uses puppets, scarves, child-friendly instruments and more to help engage children in musical play. It incorporates nursery rhymes and explores rhythms, repetition and singing. With classes for ages birth to five years, this is a great way to spend time bonding with your newborn while helping him or her develop these important skills.

This nationwide music school has 69 locations across the country and it is another fantastic rock-focused music school designed to help students learn music and get that rock band experience. It focuses on the rock instruments; guitar, bass, vocals, keyboards and drums, and it has many different programs and offerings. From Rock101?the basic class for fundamentals in a weekly 45-minute lesson?to their performance classes that end with rock concert style performances with authentic rock show environments.

The Denver School of Music teaches private lessons and groups in guitar, piano, bass, drums, voice, recording and songwriting. One of the unique aspects of this school is its focus on ensuring is is the right fit for your child. It offers a free consumer guide on its website to help with some of the myths and frequently asked questions about music classes.
