Those eligible for the end of summer reading program party are invited to join the fun. This workshop is composed of five classes in which students learn how to prepare five of the most popular types of sushi in Japan: Maki (Roll) Sushi, Big Maki (Roll) Sushi, Nigiri Sushi, Chirashi Sushi and California Sushi.
